Seasonal rental management

You want to rent your property on a seasonal basis ? We manage and coordinate the property you rent without needing to be there. We will welcome your guest, ensure that they are fully satisfied of their stay.

We have two offers

All-Inclusive
Service

You delegate all of the rental management to us. You receive income without having to worry about management. We welcome your tenants and are available for them 7 days a week during their stay.

Customised
Service

You manage your rentals but have unavailability or want to go on vacation. We can be there for specific actions (cleaning, gardening, inventory, handing over the keys).
